Resident Care
Our Group Homes provide up to a full day (24-hour basis) of services and/or supports which are designed to ensure the health, safety and welfare of the participant, and assist in the acquisition, improvement, and retention of skills necessary to support participants to live independently.
24 hours service
Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week using an answering service and on-call procedures after normal working hours, weekends, and holidays. As needed, staff may be assigned to make patient visits after normal business hours.
Direct Support Professionals:
Establish a secure, positive environment that nurtures residents’ needs, self-expression, and goals.
Oversee residents and take care of their needs, and perform housekeeping duties.
Deliver individualized training and care for residents in compliance with healthcare professional’s instructions and other specific guidelines.
